I’m predicting it down because I think Feinstein would prefer to sit in the Senate when she has a Democratic president and solid working majority in Congress. A chance to get things done for her after the Bush years.

The answer is “yes” when Dianne Feinstein files to run in the primary for the 2010 election of the governor of California or actively campaigns to run, even if she later drops out. The answer is “no” if she has neither filed nor campaigned by the deadline. (The closing date of this may be adjusted to the actual filing deadline.)
