Will a way be found to prevent Monica Goodling from testifying before Congress despite the grant of immunity by the House Judiciary Committee? Whatever the reason, be it executive privilege on the part of the Administration, ill health or some sort of, uh, unfortunate accident. There is also the possibility that the House will not issue a subpoena to compel her testimorny. I think a reasonable outcome for this should be evident by the end of July.
