Okay, we’ve got a stock that started at $102.74 (9/1/04), then skyrocketed to $747.79 (11/1/07). As of 3/3/08 opened at $471.51. The company appears to be managed carefully. So this is really about the economy, right? If it turns around that $252.31 to reach $1000. really isn’t so far away from the previous high. Another consideration is the presidential/election factor, what will the market do? Anyone?

…some say GOOG will never see the previous high of $747.79 again, ever. Hmmm….
